Tax preparation and tax planning services are supported by a Certified Public Accountant who is licensed in the State of California. Any reference to a CPA on our website or in our materials refers to that individual's California license and does not represent that Auburn Peak Financial, or any other team member, is licensed or registered by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

Auburn Peak Financial offers the following services, including, but not limited to:

• Bookkeeping and financial record-keeping

Services are provided based on information supplied by the client and are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Our services do not include audit, review, compilation, or other attest services, and no service described here constitutes the practice of public accountancy under Texas law.

• Payment is due as agreed upon in the service agreement or invoice

Auburn Peak Financial does not guarantee:

• Specific tax outcomes or refund amounts
• Business performance or financial results

Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Auburn Peak Financial is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

We take reasonable measures to protect client information. However:

• No system is completely secure
• You acknowledge risks associated with electronic transmission of data

We will not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law or to deliver services.

We may use third-party platforms or software (e.g., tax software, payment processors). We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of third-party providers.

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You fail to make required payments
• You provide false or misleading information

You may terminate services at any time, subject to payment for work already completed.

All materials, templates, and content provided by Auburn Peak Financial remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in Texas.

Auburn Peak Financial operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients regarding appointments, service updates, tax deadlines, and promotional offers. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us.

Description of SMS program
